the wreck of the edmond fitzgerald

ack. oral arguments tonight. got shellacked by the judges. please no comments about how it's not as bad as i thought it was. it was at least that bad, if not worse. if poor edmond was counting on my oral argument to keep his evidence out, he's screwed. and i will have to argue off brief next time, an argument i know even less than my own. ack. time to have a drink.
