we are the grizwolds, and we are on vacation

i don't know that i've ever been in delaware before, but here i am. had an excellent philly for lunch, and now home roasted coffee. life is good.

last night's show was "the best you've ever seen, the boys were on fire. salem was hot but last night was on fire." (w)

i found some pictures of the last road trip i made up here, with my friend crookedletter several years ago. we're going to see several old friends. it's been a good summer for visiting.

i've been turning an essay idea over in my mind for a week or so now, and i may write parts of it here as i think of them. virtual workshop. i would like to get my girls involved. maybe this magazine idea isn't as crazy as we thought. i'm taking a classon copyrights this semester. vague makes books. crooked is more prolific a writer than both of us. and we write a lot. there's something there, don't you think?

but i don't know, i always get so ambitious on vacation. it just feels like anything is possible, out here on the road. oh, and incidentally, if your boyfriend starts reading "on the road," run, girls. fast.
