hurry up, stupid break!

gah. my break starts in a mere two days and i can't wait! we are leaving on friday afternoon for FL. it's a little sticky logistically--we're camping out for two nights, then spending the last night in a hotel on the beach after the festival. so we're somehow going to have to bring a reasonable number of camping supplies on an airplane. still not exactly sure how we're going to do this, and we will be totally fucked if they lose our luggage. it's not rustic camping at all, so basically we just need a tent, air mattress, and cooler. it would just suck to have to buy another set of those things in FL and have to leave them there.

at any rate, the impending break and attendant considerations are making it very difficult to concentrate on secured transactions, the world's most boring and byzantine code based course. my prof (who I also have for bankruptcy, another code based course) was wearing a necklace today which said "read the code." she is very into the code. so somethime before the exam i need to get more familiar with the code(s). not gonna happen today though. today i am reading about reparations and maybe a little about hearsay. and also sitting on my overstuffed chair and playing scrabble. i will try not to, but scrabble's siren call will be to powerful and i will succumb. one game will turn into three hours of bleary eyed flaming scrabble death. did i mention that the prof whose new textbook i'm helping to bluebook gave us two chapters to take care of OVER BREAK!?! yeah, thanks a lot metheuselah, now crawl back into your pyramid you old bastard.

and i found some thing on the internet that made me feel kinda bad. suffice it to say one should not google exes unless one "wants to know."
